TRAINING PROGRAM : MAIN OBJECTIVES

- Better understand some of your lived experiences
- Better understand some lived situations
- Acquire the skill of presenting your experiential knowledge and put it into words
- Acquire the skill of using your experiential knowledge
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Venue : remote or at the University of Rennes, Villejean campus.
Places : 10 participants maximum at any time.
Duration : between 5 to 10 two-hour sessions, with one session every 4 to 6 weeks.
Date : as soon as a place is available.
In practice : the training program is carried out individually because it deals with your personal experiential knowledge.
There is no set schedule; it will be set depending on the student-researcher duo’s schedules.
TEACHING METHODS
The study of each type of experiential knowledge will require :
- Individual work after each training session
- Several exploratory sessions of your experience, led by a researcher
- One or two sessions to formalize your experiential knowledge, led by a researcher
PROGRAM COMPLETION
The training program is finished when the synthesis of the individual’s experiential knowledge is complete. This is co-developed by the researcher and the participant and is validated by both.
The participant leaves with a copy of the synthesis of his or her rare personal experiential knowledge.
